(My dope name for him)and his quiet but essential Co-founder Olumoroti Oshinowo. I'm not going to lie about this but this is one blogsite with a difference. We rarely have people in Nigeria that give their honest opinion about movies,songs, videos....generally 'ENTERTAINMENT'. They are different!!!! Trust me.......

WHAT'S YOUR SITE ABOUT?
My blog "What's The Fuzz About" gives candid opinions in the entertainment segement. Ranging from music to movie or celebrity gist. What we strive to achieve in all this, is to tell how it is.


WHAT'S YOUR MOTIVATION?
My motivation was born out of the love of music. Lots of times, when we get on all the major music or movie sites, they either just post what the artiste P.R has handed to them or they just hype it. Now as a consumer, once you hit the download button or when you purchase, you get really disappointed.
So with this in mind, my partner and i decided that we should make it easier for peeps to know what they were getting themselves into before they went ahead to hit the accept button.


IN YOUR FIELD, WHO DO YOU ADMIRE?
I don't wanna sound cocky or anything, the angle in which i take as regards the blog... i don't really have role models who ply the same route. But that's not to say, there isn't a site i envy. As a matter of fact, i really admire www.tmz.com. They are organized, they have a well structured network and best of all, they never rush to put out gist except it has thoroughly been confirmed true. Suffice to say, they have got standards.

WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE TO CHANGE IN THE BLOGGING SPHERE?
One of the things i have noticed, is that ... us, Nigerians are not to keen on reading. We just wanna see the download icon and click on it. But i wanna change that with my work... i want to engage people to read the content that good bloggers put out day in and day out.


WHAT DO YOU DO FOR FUN?
To be honest, before i started blogging, watching movies and listening to songs were kinda fun stuff for me... but now that i do it for living...LOL. Well, lets just say your fun activites can be serious work sometimes. But i also like playing chess, scrabble and video games.

WHAT ARE YOUR LONG TERM GOALS?
Well, the name "What's the fuzz about?" is kinda generic... i'm sure you would agree with me. Music, movies and celebrity gist are not all that make up entertainment. So basically, we intend to expand on this. The site would cover different aspects of entertainment... ranging from outdoor activities and all what not.
The main goal is that, we want to be the number one opinion site (as regards entertainment) that everyone hits, even though they might not always agree with us, but they still want to know what we think.

ADVICE TO YOUNG UPCOMING BLOGGERS?
Don't get into blogging because it's the new fad. Do it because you genuinely have a passion for it. You must learn to be patient... because sometimes, it would feel... like you are just wasting your time... but it's love for it, that will keep you rooted.
Try to refrain from excess "copy and paste" content. Always strive to write up original content that are exclusive to only you. Always try to put extra effort into your posts. That's what will separate you from the next blogger.
